convenient location helpful receptionist
The location was AMAZING!!! Opera station is less than three minutes walking. The receptionist kept our bag even after we had checked out.
There were limited halal options at breakfast.

Excellent Location and Service
comfortable bed metro station quiet room
The hotel is very close to the Opera metro station. Supermarkets are also nearby, which helps. I appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. The room was quiet at night and allowed for restful sleep.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust for heating.

musty odor barely functional air conditioning
The location was pretty good, just a short hop to the opera house.
The room felt cramped. I booked a 'double or twin room' but it was more like a SINGLE. there was this musty odor in the bathroom. It smelled like wet socks and despair. The air conditioning barely worked, and I seemed like I was in a sauna.
